摘要：

PET/CT为功能分子影像学设备 ,其应用快速普及。本文从PET/CT探测环的结构组成、数据获得、图像重建算法和图像融合 4个方面探讨了PET/CT的成像原理。

Abstract：

PET/CT is a kind of function and molecule instrument, which is more widely used nowadays. This article mainly concentrates about the image theory of PET/CT instrument and the reconstruction algorithm from the detector ring structure,data acquisition,2D and 3D reconstruction algorithms and image fusion.
